Project Pedalus began with the dreams of two undergraduate honor students from the Eastern United States who realized that they need to inspire members of society to make positive changes in our world. It is now a part of the larger organization, Greenify Earth Foundation, Inc.. Today, Team Pedalus consists of a multinational force of highly educated individuals with the same goal in mind: the Pedalus mission. Every day, Team Pedalus is making progress towards the mission goals to ultimately ensure that we all can live healthier and happier lives and leave a better planet for future generations.

The project has become an international craze, with followers and individual sponsors from all around the world.
